Terms of Service

App Store Connect Reviews – Looker Studio Connector

Effective Date: 26 February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App Store Connect Reviews Looker Studio Community Connector (the “Connector”) provided by EMLLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Connector, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Connector.

2. Description of Service

The Connector enables users to retrieve customer review data from the Apple App Store Connect API and visualize that data within Google Looker Studio.

The Connector operates within the Google Apps Script environment and communicates directly with Apple App Store Connect via secure API requests.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Connector, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to access the App Store Connect account and App ID provided.
  • You will provide accurate and lawful credentials.
  • You will comply with Apple’s App Store Connect terms and policies.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your API credentials.

4. Credentials and Security

The Connector requires App Store Connect API credentials (Issuer ID, Key ID, Private Key, and App ID).
You are solely responsible for protecting these credentials.

EMLLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from improper handling of your credentials.

5. Data Usage

The Connector retrieves App Store review data solely for display and analysis within Looker Studio.
EMLLC does not sell, distribute, or independently store your review data.

6. Third-Party Services

The Connector relies on third-party services, including:

  • Google Looker Studio
  • Google Apps Script
  • Apple App Store Connect API

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
EMLLC is not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.

7. No Warranty

The Connector is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

EMLLC does not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy or completeness of retrieved data
  • Compatibility with future changes to Apple or Google platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Connector.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Connector at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Connector after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Connector if these Terms are violated.
Users may stop using the Connector at any time by removing it from Looker Studio.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which EMLLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
