App Store Connect Reviews – Looker Studio Connector

EMLLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the App Store Connect Reviews Looker Studio Community Connector (the “Connector”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Connector.
By using the Connector, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
The Connector requires users to provide the following information:
- App Store Connect App ID
- Issuer ID
- Key ID
- Private Key (.p8 content) for App Store Connect API access
- Optional configuration parameters (such as row limits)
This information is used solely to authenticate requests to the Apple App Store Connect API and retrieve App Store customer review data.
We do not request or collect:
- Your Google account password
- Your Apple ID password
- Personal Google account data beyond what is required for Google Apps Script execution
3. How We Use Information
The information provided is used exclusively to:
- Generate a secure JWT token for the Apple App Store Connect API
- Retrieve App Store review data for the specified App ID
- Deliver that data to Google Looker Studio for reporting purposes
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or analytics unrelated to connector functionality.
4. Data Storage
Credentials may be stored securely using Google Apps Script Properties Service.
Data retrieved from Apple is processed within the Google Apps Script execution environment and delivered directly to Looker Studio.
EMLLC does not operate a separate backend server for storing or processing your data unless explicitly stated in future updates.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your credentials or retrieved data with third parties.
Data flows only between:
- Your Google account
- Google Apps Script
- Apple App Store Connect API
- Google Looker Studio
All communications occur over secure HTTPS connections.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical safeguards including:
- Secure HTTPS communication
- Secure credential storage via Google Apps Script
- No intentional logging of private keys or sensitive credentials
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their App Store Connect API credentials.

This Connector interacts with third-party services including:
- Google Looker Studio
- Google Apps Script
- Apple App Store Connect API

Credentials and configuration data are retained only as long as necessary to provide connector functionality.
Users may revoke access at any time by removing the connector from Looker Studio or resetting authorization.

- Ensuring they are authorized to access the specified App ID
- Complying with Apple’s App Store Connect terms
